The site located in the garden of our clients property presented many constraints when considering the possibilities of proposing a new detached dwelling. Dwell developed a scheme which would replace the existing outbuildings to present a detached two storey, 3-bedroom dwelling.

The proposal emerged from the site specific overlooking restraints which informed the building form whilst controlling views without restricting daylight. The modest proposal has an efficient floor plan which will support modern family living.
