The site was purchased by our clients who bought it with planning consent for a replacement detached dwelling which was obtained by Dwell under appointment by the previous site owners.

Dwell worked with the clients to develop the scheme in order to meet their individual requirements. Once planning consent was granted for the new scheme, Dwell developed the technical drawings and organised the tender phase. Once the clients appointed their chosen contractor, Dwell attended weekly site visits and contractor queries until the project was complete. This timber framed dwelling provides a well insulated modern family home for the clients.
